The Multiutility Tuscany, born from the union between Estra (energy supply) and Alia (environmental services and waste management), needed to develop a unified communication identity for its physical stores on the territory.

The Project
The main objective was to create a distinctive sign capable of visually representing the company's capillary and integrated presence, strengthening the link between the two brands through a shared, coherent and easily recognisable visual language.

Solution
We designed a unifying graphic element inspired by an existing sign in Alia's visual universe, transforming it into a fluid and dynamic line, a “serpentone” that crosses the spaces of the stores, accompanying people in their daily lives.

This form represents the continuity of services and the constant support that Estra and Alia offer to local communities. The visual has been declined on different physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency and visual impact on a local scale:
- External shop windows, to increase the recognisability of the stores on the territory
- Internal signage, designed to create an intuitive and welcoming path
- Communication materials, to reinforce the visual identity at each touch point

RESULTS
The implementation of this new visual identity made it possible to:
- Unify the image of Estra and Alia under a single distinctive graphic sign
- Ensure immediate recognisability in a competitive market
- Offer customers a coherent and seamless experience within the territorial stores

CONCLUSION
The project transformed the points of sale into spaces of relationship and brand recognition, consolidating the presence of Estra and Alia in the territory. The new communication identity proved to be strong, clear and distinctive, able to express the value of the public service through a functional and symbolic design.
